Welch Family Partnership is a three-generation family business rooted in San Bruno. Our family has always believed in supporting the hard-working small business owners who make the Bay Area Peninsula such a vibrant place to live and work. We take great pride in offering quality commercial and warehouse spaces throughout Daly City, South San Francisco, San Bruno, and Millbrae—helping local businesses grow, expand, and thrive.
About Our Founder
Our founder, Joseph W. Welch Jr.—known lovingly as Big Joe—was an investor, entrepreneur, and visionary. He created Welch Family Partnership and San Bruno Investment in 1958, when his sons were still young boys. With their help, and later with the involvement of his grandchildren, the family has spent more than half a century shaping and supporting the communities across the Peninsula.
Today, the business continues to be operated by his sons and the third generation. We remain a small, hands-on staff of family members who care deeply about the work we do and the people we serve.
About San Bruno Investment Realty Company
San Bruno Investment Realty Company (SBIRC) is our in-house property management team, located right here in San Bruno. Established alongside Welch Family Partnership, SBIRC provides full leasing and property-management services for all of our commercial tenants.
We are proud to have a dedicated and experienced team that looks after our properties and supports our tenants around the clock.
