Welch Family Partnership has been a family business for three generations in San Bruno. Our family is dedicated to providing quality retail and warehouse spaces in the Bay Area Peninsula, thereby directly supporting the expansion and success of small business-owners in our communities. We offer commercial properties for lease in Daly City, South San Francisco, San Bruno, and Millbrae.
As an investor and entrepreneur, Joseph W. Welch, Jr. founded the Welch Family Partnership and San Bruno Investment in 1958 when his sons were just young boys. With the help of these three sons, the family has worked for more than half a century to develop our inspiring Bay Area Peninsula into what it is today. His sons and their children continue to take pride in running the business.

San Bruno Investment Reality Company is our in-house property management located in San Bruno. SBIRC was established along with Welch Family Partnership. We successfully provide full leasing services for our Commercial Properties and tenants. We are proud to know that our highly skilled team is taking care of our properties and tenants around the clock. Our home office is located in the heart of San Bruno, making us very accessible to our clients and properties.
